Steve Livingston is an innovator in the Mobile Industry. He was one of the industry’s early mobile data pioneers, building the first mobile data business at AirTouch Cellular. He served AirTouch in several capacities before moving to CellularOne, an AirTouch and AT&T Wireless joint venture as the Vice President of Marketing. At CellularOne he was the father of “rollover minutes” and one of the early pioneers of mobile marketing, mobile coupons, application to person text enablers, and a leader in the analog to digital conversion. Upon the AT&T’s acquisition of CellularOne, Steve moved into the global role as Vice President of Business Marketing. After some time at AT&T, Steve joined a team of Engineering and Computer Science professors to start Bytemobile, now a global company with over 110 mobile operators as customers. At Bytemobile for six years, Steve served as the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Customer Operations leading the market growth. Steve then joined mBlox, the world’s largest mobile transaction network as the Chief Marketing Officer to help company grow to the $100 million revenue stage.

Steve has previously served as a member of the Leadership Council - CTIA Wireless Internet Caucus, was a board member of the Mobile Marketing Association, was a founding leadership member of the Center for Marketing and Technology at the Haas School of Business, and was Vice Chairman of the CellularOne Group National Advisory. He has a passion to find innovative ways to use mobile technology to make life easier, safer, and more entertaining.

Charles J. Hurley was appointed as Police Commander for the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department in August 2005. Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Commander Hurley began his law enforcement career in 1995 with the Miami-Dade Schools Police Department, where he now serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police and commands the Department’s Special Response Team.

Commander Hurley has received over 30 commendations, recognitions and awards, most notably the Gold Medal of Valor, three (3) Life Saving Medals, Purple Heart, Officer of the Year and two (2) Officer of the Month Awards. He has also been nominated for two Law Enforcement Officer LEO Awards.

Prior to joining the profession of law enforcement, he served honorably as a Corporal with the United States Marine Corps in a Special Operations Unit, and is a proud veteran and recipient of several awards and decorations to include the Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Unit Commendation, Kuwait Liberation Medal and Good Conduct Medal. He was stationed at Camp Pendleton, California, and served nearly three years of a four year commitment overseas.

Since 1998, Anderson has served as the Deputy District Attorney in San Bernardino County and has been a prosecutor in the "Crimes Against Children" unit since 2002.
