THE AMBERWATCH FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH ITN INTERNATIONAL

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (March 10, 2008) – The AmberWatch Foundation (AWF) has partnered with trade show management and technology industry leader ITN International to showcase AmberWatch Mobile, a new innovative cellular GPS system keeping individuals and families safe. Through ITN International's InterACT™ system, attendees at top trade shows across the country will have the opportunity to request information about AmberWatch Mobile, the nation's first two-way universal GPS locator system, right from the trade show floor.

AmberWatch Mobile, the first cellular GPS locator system to empower the individual, is a universal system provided as a package to a current cell phone plan. The AmberWatch mobile program can be activated by an individual when in danger and provides alerts and tracking capabilities to the individual's emergency contacts. A portion of the proceeds of each AmberWatch Mobile plan is donated directly to the AmberWatch Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to educating children on how to stay safe.

ITN International's InterACT system uses specially programmed smart phones as a tool for people to engage directly with the AmberWatch Foundation during any event, from any location. Interested parties can use the InterACT smart phones to request additional information on becoming a corporate partner in the AmberWatch Mobile Initiative and to learn more about AmberWatch Mobile as a concerned parent. ITN International will provide the programmed InterACT smart phones at the ITN International exhibitor booth for The Exhibitor Show in Las Vegas and at approximately 100 other trade shows and corporate events throughout the upcoming year.
