We provide two-way anonymous student tip-line using text messaging and web based tools and training to educate and drive awareness about safety issues in schools.

There are four main pieces to the SchoolTipline software suite:                

1. SafeTalk is the process by which we collect and distribute tip communication (text messaging and web submissions).
2. CaseManager is the backend that allows administrators to respond and track specific incidents that occur. Tipsters can also check the status of their reports through a similar portal.
3. OnlineSurveys is a survey generator and templates for getting the pulse of the school.
4. MassAlert is a broadcasting tool for emergencies sent via SMS and email.

We also provide resources: training videos; an informative website with over 2500 unique monthly visitors; PowerPoints; posters and info cards (.pdf); assembly ideas; email templates for newsletters; letters home to parents; magnets (provided by sponsors); and campaign ideas to raise awareness.
